How to create a report with a certain alert generated

How do i create a report that lists all alerts and from what machines
that certain alert was generated?

Any good links to guides that can give me a good start when learning
to create reports?
Step by step guides preferred and from Microsoft Report Builder (not
notepad + SQL Querys) :)

Hello Maekee,

In Reporting---> Microsoft Generic Report Library ---> Alerts , you may give
time range in which you want to run reports. Select appropriate group and
priority of the alerts you want to get and run the report.

This should give you a report with fields :

Alert Name
Repeat Count ( Of alert raised)
Priority
Object ( Server Name)
First Raised On (date and time)
Last Raised On (date and time)
