Date Parameter with out advance option

Hi all
If any one noticed, reports in VMM 2008 MP DO NOT have a advance
option in drop down list of date range, It only shows calendar to pick
a prticular date

Now if a customer wants to schedule one of these reports to run, let
say monthly on 1rst of each month for last month
Where would he set the date????
I don’t see any option for that, like it is available in generic
reports
Am I missing in understanding this or reports in VMM 2008 MP are not
designed to run on schedule bases?

I think that has to do with the report it self, as you wrote, it is not written
in the same way as the generic reports, so it dont support the same date
features.
