Hello again, I've a problem with my reports not saving the changes I want to
make, for example, there is an account that is using the display name of the
account and not the actual account, it was working, however now it says,
'failure writing file, the user account or apssword is not valid', I tried
replacing it with a valid account however the changes do not save, ever.

I have other reports that use the valid account however it cannot write to
that share, it does have permissions all the way down the share, I'm simply
stumped at this point and any help could be apperciated.

Hello scomblues,

If you logon with that account, can you then create new files in that share?

Hello scomblues,

IF you look in the security log of the machine, can you see which account
is trying to write to the share? Is it maybe the RMS computer account?
