Hello ***@yahoo.com,

You can create new reports with Microsoft Report Builder, there is a link
to that from the console. But I normally use Visual Studio to author reports.
I have a couple of posts about that, with basic steps, http://contoso.se/blog/?p=537
and http://contoso.se/blog/?p=398

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify report in a sealed MP. Also,
reports that are provided in the generic report library are extremely
complex due to obvious problems of localization, globalization, etc, etc.

What I'd suggest is to try to get familiar with data layout in the
OperationsManagerDW db and try to create some queries that would pull data
for reports you need. Then you can choose visualization method (SRS report,
ASP.Net page, etc)
